  • Managing all upsell and cross-sell activity within the assigned territory
  • Acting as lead on new sales in ESS business lines including EFAP, Workplace Training, and Targeted Health programs
  • Developing strategic relationships with key contacts from prospects and / or third party advisors
  • Development and execution of a regional business plan for assigned territory(s)
  • Demonstrating an ability to leverage resources and strategically manage the growth of customer relationships
  • Maintain responsibility for full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through to negotiation and close of sale, with a heavy focus on prospecting
  • Participating in campaigns and regional conferences as required
  • Successful candidate will possess a university degree combined with a minimum of 5 years experience and proven track record of success in complex B2B sales environments
  • You have a high level of motivation, strong presentation skills, an understanding of consultative selling, and the ability to manage the sales cycle effectively and autonomously
  • Your strong business acumen and expert negotiation skills will help you succeed in this role
  • Experience in Human Resources, health-related sales, disability management or other health services is an asset
  • You possess strong interpersonal skills and solid written and oral communication skills
  • You possess strong organizational skills, professional maturity and are a strategic thinker
  • You are a team player, and your excellent time management skills allow you to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Travel within the employee's designated region will be required
