We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. If you have a passion for people, products and presenting we could be looking for you.
Your main role would be to serve customers by selling products to and meet their needs, and provide support to other areas of the company when necessary.
Your objective will be to share information about and sell the company’s product(s).
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Services existing accounts and obtains orders
Establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales prospects
Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales prospect sector
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential markets
Submits proposals by referring to price lists and product literature
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on competing, products and services
Recommends changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional associations
Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales and prospects
Contributes to team effort by reporting on sales funnel and progress of related lead nurturing
Strong closing talents, and ability to be be clear and concise on sales proposals and negotiations
Be able to storytell, custom to each client and situation
Strong problem identification and resolution skills
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS :
Confidence and clarity in customer service skills and communications
Meeting sales goals
Ability to manage territory and client relationships
Strong skills in negotiating, closing, prospecting and presentation
Must possess self-confidence, product knowledge and have a strong motivation for sales
