Our IS department is in charge of providing the rest of Coveo’s employees with the right tools & systems to remain ahead of work methodologies and needs.
This is an internal facing team and it is part of the Administration Department.
The talent acquisition team is a key part of our organization’s achievements. This is your chance to take full leadership of recruitment processes for our Information Systems teams.
The key word here is "leadership" : we expect a lot of creativity and ownership from you to develop effective and innovative strategies to fill our roles in the Systems teams.
More precisely, you will :
Speak to the managers, directors, VPs and the Chief Information Officer of the IS department to gather the requirements and collect important nuances that will allow you to differentiate THE right candidate
Write compelling job descriptions in both French and English for different markets
Headhunt the best talent on LinkedIn and any other relevant platforms, using a personal approach that stands out
Conduct initial interviews with selected candidates, help them navigate through their interview process while giving them an outstanding candidate experience, and keep our ATS (Greenhouse) updated
Keep your candidate pipelines clean and provide your hiring managers, VPs and Executive with proactive updates on the status of the roles you are working on together
Develop new innovative candidate attraction strategies with our Talent Brand Manager, and our Internships Talent Partner.
The best candidates are not always easy to engage with, hence requiring a personalised and human touch
Collaborate with your colleague Lihua, who is our Talent Partner for the Administration and IT departments to align your strategies and help each other.

Take part in developing a D&I program within the team to ensure real equal chances for everybody to access roles in tech and Coveo
Work on some exciting side projects - learning about our tech or the latest talent acquisition best practices that we can implement.

A mix of leadership, creativity and rigour
The talent acquisition team has and will continue to play a critical role in making Coveo a worldwide leader, admired for its tech and its culture.
But it’s not easy to differentiate candidates in a competitive talent market : you’ll need to help identify top talent that stand out due to their curiosity and willingness to do the best work.
You’ll also need to see the potential of candidates and then convince them to join us on our journey. Are you a techie with drive and great people skills?
This is what we are looking for :
You have a bachelor’s degree in administration, Information Systems or any other relevant diploma,
You have between 4 and 7 years of experience in recruiting for systems management roles, or a mix of recruitment and roles in software management,
You are knowledgeable about Coveo and our products - you are convinced of the value we bring and act as a brand ambassador to convey that message to candidates,
You are bilingual; English & French speaking and written,
You are organised with an eye for detail - this role requires a lot of follow up and managing competing priorities,
You are comfortable prospecting for candidates online and you have a knack for generating interest in the first inmail!
You know how to use your emotional intelligence to identify your candidates, ask the right questions and create a unique experience,
You have what is called the "growth mindset", you are not afraid to be challenged and to challenge others,
You have a heightened curiosity for new software releases and how things work, and an ability to build genuine relationships with your internal clients and candidates.
