Job Description

Brandt has an opportunity for a Remarketing & International Sales Specialist based out of Edmonton, AB. This full time, permanent position specializes in the remarketing of previously used heavy equipment in markets based in Northern Alberta, the United States, and Europe.

Responsibilities include developing and increasing used equipment sales, sourcing used equipment, providing input to stakeholders on used equipment value, and safeguarding company assets in conjunction with policies.

  • The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the heavy duty construction equipment industry;
  • however, 10+ years’ experience is an asset. Applicants require a minimum of 2 years’ experience in international sales and purchasing with significant experience in global procurement, acquisition, negotiating and closing transactions.

    Candidates must have a valid passport and have the ability to work / travel in the United States and Europe. This position requires up to 50% travel time (1-2 weeks per month).

    The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, has proficient knowledge in computer applications especially in Outlook, Excel, and Word.

    Sales experience in the Central and Southern United States regions, mining experience and post-secondary education are considered assets.
