Payroll Coordinator opportunity to work with a renowned Vancouver organization who is known for their outstanding workplace culture.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Coordinator prepares, processes and maintains full cycle payroll and benefits.
The Payroll Coordinator ensures all employees are paid accurately and on time, responds to inquiries, prepare reports and assist with other finance functions.
Experience needed :
Minimum of 2 years' experience in handling full payroll cycle in a mid-size organization (between 400-600 employees)
Demonstrated knowledge of payroll legislation and Employment laws required
Payroll, Time & Attendance system experience required
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
Experience with ADP and / or Ultipro is an asset but not required
Journal Entries and Account Reconciliation an asset
Superior attention to detail and accuracy
Resourceful and independent worker with a â€œcan doâ€ attitude and approach.
Work well under pressure, self-motivated, resilient and maintain positive attitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
