Our Distribution Network Compensation Business Process Improvement team is looking for a Training and Knowledge Management Analyst to join the team!

Your role :

  • Build, develop and maintain training plans, schedules and materials
  • Identify training needs for new employees and ongoing training in partnership with the management team to ensure the proper development of operational teams
  • Integrate training content following the roll-out of a new product into the ongoing training plan. Deploy training strategically
  • Act as a change agent for modifications or additions to the tools distributed to the business line's stakeholders
  • Participate in special projects related to training management and change management
  • Develop and maintain the knowledge base management portal (Sharepoint). Specifically, publishes information such as news, promotional and reference materials, procedures and other task related documents.
  • Applies document management classification standards, edits web pages and menus for the sector portal. Grants access to the portal.

    Profile required :

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, education or any other relevant field.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, including project management, writing and training.
  • Strong communication, analytical and synthesis skills. Must have organizational skills and enjoy working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders on multiple projects.
  • Ability to popularize concepts
  • Bilingual (English and French)
  • Knowledge of distribution network compensation (an asset)
  • Experience in e-learning (an asset)
