Our Distribution Network Compensation Business Process Improvement team is looking for a Training and Knowledge Management Analyst to join the team!
Your role :
Build, develop and maintain training plans, schedules and materials
Identify training needs for new employees and ongoing training in partnership with the management team to ensure the proper development of operational teams
Integrate training content following the roll-out of a new product into the ongoing training plan. Deploy training strategically
Act as a change agent for modifications or additions to the tools distributed to the business line's stakeholders
Participate in special projects related to training management and change management
Develop and maintain the knowledge base management portal (Sharepoint). Specifically, publishes information such as news, promotional and reference materials, procedures and other task related documents.
Applies document management classification standards, edits web pages and menus for the sector portal. Grants access to the portal.
Profile required :
Bachelor's degree in administration, education or any other relevant field.
2 to 5 years of relevant experience, including project management, writing and training.
Strong communication, analytical and synthesis skills. Must have organizational skills and enjoy working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders on multiple projects.
Ability to popularize concepts
Bilingual (English and French)
Knowledge of distribution network compensation (an asset)
Experience in e-learning (an asset)
