Retain and De-escalate customers to ensure an overall positive experience.
This is a transitional campaign, with extensive training moments to build a foundational knowledge of systems, processes and customer service expectations.
Once a strong foundation has been built the next step to your career begins to a tier two program!
Who we are looking for :
Candidates must be above the age of 18.
Fluent in English and excellent communication and listening skills.
High school education or equivalent
Ability to pass a background check.
Solid computer skills and an aptitude for learning new software.
Minimum of 1 year working in the Customer Service industry
Minimum of 1 year Sales experience
Training and work will be remote (Due to COVID-19)
