We have a solution that is vital to the success of higher education institutions and we are looking for customer success oriented salespeople who can manage, maintain and grow existing customers.
Key Responsibilities :
Expand existing customer implementations by being proactive and offering solutions to grow key accounts.
Identify trends, flag opportunities to enhance clients experience, client success and our offerings
Navigate customers through multiple product lines and programs
Build strong relationships by leveraging interpersonal skills; both oral and written
Provide a consultative approach by identifying clients’ needs, being proactive and relationship focused
Support the planning, implementation and enhancement of customer success programs and processes
Resolve problems and construct effective arguments
Align priorities and tasks with overall business goals
Work together to meet individual and team-based performance objectives
Other duties as needed
Previous work experience in sales or account management strongly preferred
Degree / diploma in Business Administration or in a related field an Asset
Experience working within a CRM
Advanced time management and organizational skills
Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
Expert oral and written communication skills
Advanced relationship building skills
Ability to quickly learn new programs, processes and applications
