This award-winning platform is the first of its kind in the country and will be used by upwards of 5-Million Canadians. Job Description We are looking for a Technical Lead to provide technical leadership to a team of staff working on on-
boarding clients to the new Online Banking platform and provide a diverse range of support needs. Specific Accountabilities :
Working closely with Business Analysts, analyze client requests recommending effective solutions and ensuring successful implementation
Partake in on-boarding projects and attend weekly client meetings
Convert functional requirements into actionable technical specifications for Development Team.
Ensure all project tasks are identified, scheduled and resourced
Ensures Project Managers and Scrum Masters on corresponding Tribes are kept up to date as to the status of any tasks
Ensure all client reported issues are triaged, responded to, resolved and communicated to other teams effectively
Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with other technical teams to provide technical solutions or resolve client reported issues
Make presentations regarding new processes / tools / technologies for software management technologies
Provides team leadership to a small team of Developers (individual contributors) working on a range of projects / tasks of varying complexity and scope.

Technical Experience / Knowledge :
Experience with translating business requirements into technical approaches
Experience in a multi-tenant software as a service environment an asset
Experience in a web development agency or similar environment an asset
Advanced knowledge of Web Browsers including strong skills to diagnose issues with HTML, Scripting and CSS
Experience with supporting multiple mobile applications on iOS and Android an asset
Advanced knowledge of supporting Web Based Applications an asset (Tier 2 support)
Experience with Java Software Development (Java 8, Spring Boot) for Web Applications an asset
Experience with a Content Management system
Experience with ITIL an asset, ITIL certification preferred
Experience with online financial concepts an asset including but not limited to Bill Payments, eStatements, Interac eTransfers, Interac Online Payments, Remote Deposit Capture, Online Account Opening and Personal Financial Management
Experience with online security, online fraud and online privacy an asset
