Project Manager Required for Established General Contractor

The company has undertaken a number of landmark residential and mixed-use projects both in the Lower Mainland and in Alberta and the long term plan is to focus on large, complex, mixed-use projects involving multiple stakeholders.
The organization has won multiple awards and they are well known for their progressive approach and innovative use of technology.
Successful acquisition of a twin tower residential project in Burnaby has created the need for a high achieving Project Manager to join the site based team.
Your new role

The position will require an individual with outstanding organizational skills and an ability to liaise confidently with a sophisticated client.
Working directly with senior management, you will be involved in effectively communicating with the design team, city officials and trades, schedule development and planning, and assisting with the implementation of project phasing & sequencing plans, budgeting and tendering.
What you'll need to succeed
Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills as well as a pro-active approach to project management. The background sought for this role is 5+ years of relevant construction management experience, ideally having worked on large ($30m+) projects in Canada.
High-rise experience would be extremely desirable. The senior management of the company have reputations that have been built on outstanding client relations and a great teamwork ethic and it is essential their employee's principles are well aligned in this regard.
