Join the EMR Unity Program Office as we build the best, easiest-to-use EMR solution in Canada. Reporting to the Director Lead, the Performance Analyst will facilitate data driven decisions and insights to ensure successful delivery of program outcomes.

As a member of the Program Office team you will contribute to informed decision making through analysis and presentation of data in a way that tells a clear and succinct story.

Your expertise and leadership will be critical in distilling complex information and insight to help enable business decisions for this large, complex and strategically important program.

Here’s how

  • Develop and implement metrics related to program goals including financial, application quality and reliability, customer adoption and more.
  • Monitor performance against program KPIs and generate dashboards and reports that communicate results and program impacts to stakeholders.
  • Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, and analysis as well as modeling, visualization and communication deliverables.
  • Interpret / recognize trends and patterns to proactively identify potential risks, issues and opportunities.
  • Produce high quality, fact based and meaningful presentations for executive audiences with clear messaging and story line
  • Qualifications

  • Known for strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities; for going beyond the data to deliver the so what’ that drives decisions
  • Recognized as a self-starter who sees the bigger picture
  • Skilled in communicating effectively with teams and executives through visualizations of data and analysis
  • Known for an unwavering commitment to quality and rigor and a passion for making a difference
  • Completed an undergraduate or graduate degree in business administration, mathematics, computer science or equivalent
  • Attained a minimum of 5+ years of experience monitoring, managing, manipulating and drawing insights from data
  • Great-to-haves

  • Experience as a performance analyst on a large technology delivery program
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle, DevOps practices and reliability metrics
  • Exposure to Health IT
  • Knowledge of business finance fundamentals
