Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow technical delivery lead who possesses technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform and has knowledge and experience in agile delivery including technical practices and work management techniques (ex.

Kanban) with provenb experience and skills to lead end-to-end delivery.

  • 2+ Years in ServiceNow delivery leadership role
  • 2+ Years of hands on technical ServiceNow experience coding, configuring and building complex solutions
  • 5+ Years of experience in solutions delivery, with proven experience in agile technical practices and work management (ex. Kanban)
  • Experience with the base platform, IT Service Management Implementation w / CreateNow a must.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certification
  • Expertise and Skills

  • Networks and Infrastructure, Systems Administrator 5 - 7 years
