Our client in the Stoney Creek area is currently looking to hire full-time permanent Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team.
This role will be the main point of contact and support for clients. The key responsibilities of this role is to assist clients with their inquiries, customer care / problem resolution and developing a warm and happy relationship with said customers during these calls.
The ideal candidate will also work as an liaison between the client and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities
Work as a main point of contact for customers
Responsible for providing assistance to customers as well as responding to inquiries or issues.
Handling all customer dealings with a high level of poise and professionalism.
Work with other department members to resolve client and internal challenges.
Work on various projects, timelines and issues at one time
Other duties and responsibilities as required
Qualifications and Experience
Must be able to work well in a team environment and independently
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Self-starter with a strong sense of personal accountability and ownership
Ability to question current processes and look for improvements and new solutions
Preferable experience working with customers in a retail bank or insurance setting.
1+ years of experience in a similar role
