The Role
We have a number of Full Time positions available for Driver Guides to work at our Alice Springs Depot ,tohelp bring the red centre to life! You'll work a variety of Day Tours and Short Breaks including trips down to Uluru and back to Alice over a number of days.
This is your chance to work within a small tight knit team and showcase what the NT has to offer.
Key responsibilities will include :
Drive our new fleet of modern luxury vehicles and showcase all that the NT has to offer
Start off with our Day Touring team whilst you become familiar with your role, then you will have the ability to move on to short breaks and extended tours
Provide exceptional customer service to all our guests from pick up to drop off
Be a great storyteller as you take our guests on local experiences full of history and culture
Who we’re looking for
To be successful in this role, you will have :
Current HR Licence (or willingness to obtain)
Current Senior First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Current Vehicle Passenger Authority (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent people skills
Be willing and able to participate in walking aspects of the role (10-15km in one day)
Energy to ensure our guests enjoy their time with us
Ability to communicate effectively
High level of time management and organisational skills
Those with a travel / tourism background will be highly regarded. Those with Kata Tjuta accreditation will jump straight to the front of the pack!
