Essential Functions Communicate clear instructions to team members in order to achieve or exceed expected result from manager.
Create and implement better modes of operations to make customer service easier for both team members and customers. Help improve the overall customer service experience.
Proactively work to identify problems and related solutions that may hinder customer satisfaction. Handle customer complaints or any major incidents while manager is here / not here.
Take ownership of issues until they are resolved. Assist the manager with daily operation of the department to include the development, analyses and implantation of staffing, training, scheduling, and recognition.
Provide continual evaluation of processes and procedures. Responsible for suggesting methods to improve area operations, efficiency and service to both customers and team.
Qualifications / Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Requirements 5+ years in-person customer service experience with a great track record and a positive, energetic personality.
Previous supervisory experience would be an asset. Ability to lead team members to provide professional customer service in three channels (face-
to-face, phone call, and email) and in two languages (English and Mandarin Chinese). Professional English writing and communication skills.
