Product Development Operations Coordinator
Location : Vancouver BC
We have an opening for a PD Coordinator to join our Product Development team! You’ll be streamlining day-to-day department activities, improving our external presence at tech events, and leading small projects.
Copperleaf is expanding and this is a great opportunity to learn and gain exposure to different areas within Product Development.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, changing environment and taking on new challenges!
You will be directly reporting to the Director of Product Development Operations and will be responsible for the following functions :
Reviewing and approving SRED time within our project management software (Mavenlink)
Coordinating internal departmental meetings and events, such as weekly development team meetings, technical knowledge sharing sessions, and developer demos.
Coordinating Copperleaf’s presence at external tech events, such as conferences, meet-ups, and hackathons
Collecting and managing our interview question repository
Administering surveys and reviews within our people management software (Lattice), such as team self-health checks and coaching plans
Administering internal tooling such as Aha!, Confluence, and Jira
Working with various teams to create and maintain product development Confluence pages
Reviewing our monthly AWS server bill for product development and flagging any anomalies for investigation
Managing department mailing lists
Leading and supporting other product development initiatives as required
About You :
You have one or more of the following attributes :
You’re naturally organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities
You’re a quick learner, flexible and can self-manage
Previous experience in an operational role and / or administrative role
You have strong communication skills and are competent with the Microsoft Office Suite
You are calm and professional and enjoy being a central point of contact in the team
Bonus : you have familiarity with the software development lifecycle or past experience working at a software company
