Overview Primary responsibility will be to handle all sales-related activities with our clients. The role hence embraces a considerable set of different duties across several areas.

These vary from tasks in Sales, Support and organizing small size projects, handling the communication between the OL Corporate Office and the client down to the end of the process chain in billing support.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with all clients with reoccurring touch points for key accounts
  • Report performance and progress on goals to Management
  • Coordinate Account Management Project tasks with Support Group, Sales, Professional Services, Accounting & Controlling
  • Researching issues with support, Product and development
  • Sending documentation and marketing materials to clients
  • Coordinate with internal support desk for client issues, deliverable and license requests
  • Coordinate with release and development departments for code build requirements and deliverable
  • Actively promote new sales through involvement in industry agriculture association groups
  • Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Knowledge of trading and risk management for a wide range of products
  • Agribusiness industry knowledge is desirable
  • Strong customer focus, poise, empathy for people and situations
  • Facilitation, negotiation, working knowledge or ability to learn contract negotiations and grain industry
  • Structured working style, independent and autonomous operation
  • Required to have excellent interpersonal skills and have strong decision making, negotiation, and conflict management skills
  • Ability to write correspondence and proposals and effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers
  • Ability to quickly adopt internal and client side processes
  • Good command of English language (oral and written)
  • 20% domestic and international travel may be required based on account assignments
  • College degree or 3 years equivalent experience in grain merchandising, sales, back office, client support or marketing.
