The Role

We are currently hiring for an Intern for September 2019 in the Corporate Operations Business Management Department at Mackenzie Investments.

The internship term can be flexible on length (4, 8 or 12 month term). At Mackenzie Investments we pride ourselves on providing internship opportunities that provide valuable work experience throughout the term.

The responsibilities for the Business Management Intern Student would be : Assist with development and execution of management meetings and events including content development, logistics, communication, survey development, feedback analysis and reporting (initiatives include town halls, internal leadership meetings, lunch & learns, recruitment events) Working on cross-

functional projects and researching, analyzing, preparing reports and presenting findings Assisting with project work dependent on business initiatives

Qualifications :

The ideal candidates will have the following qualifications : Post-Secondary Education - currently enrolled in a relevant program (BComm, BA, BSc, etc.

and returning to school; or recently graduated Interest and passion for a career in the financial industry Demonstrates leadership skills Creativity and innovation Ability to work well in a team environment and independently Analytical and problem solving skills Effective organizational and multi-
