Job Summary

Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Resident Managers , we’d ask you to do the following for us :

  • Maintain a positive relationship with client through daily contact to discuss areas of concern, report on deficiencies and obtain any new assignments.
  • Develop staffing schedule and directly control budgeted hours and expenses for the assigned location.
  • Inspect the worksite daily and on an ongoing basis to ensure the delivery of services is consistent with the work specifications and required quality assurance standards.
  • Review efficiencies of operations and assist Operations Manager in improving and upgrading standards, work schedules, etc.
  • Drive cost efficiencies, provide technical advice, troubleshoot problems and proactively resolve issues.
  • Responsible for the safety of all personnel, address safety concerns and ensure that equipment is in safe working condition.
  • Ensure all accidents and / or property damage is reported in accordance with Company policy.
  • Administer appropriate corrective disciplinary action when necessary.

  • 5 years’ leadership / supervisory experience in a cleaning, facility management environment.
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of equipment, cleaning systems and products.
  • Capability to effectively motivate, lead and performance manage a team
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
