As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be accountable for liaising with key business stakeholders, understanding the business context and tackling roadblocks.

You will accomplish your objectives by targeting high impact challenges, driving quick decisions and working closely with business consultants to scale across our business customer footprint.

What youll do

Take ownership of key business problems, working with key business partners to create innovative insights and take them to solution that will make a difference to the business

Lead key initiatives, creating a reputation for compelling business strategy, present insights and options to key stakeholders for improving operational efficiency

Provide thought leadership on novel approaches, supplementing gaps with industry knowledge

Pivot as required by leadership to meet critical needs of the business and team

What you bring

You bring 10+ years of experience in business process improvement, project delivery and a consultative style

Top-notch written and verbal communication skills

You demonstrate clear, concise communication and a laser-like focus on the core problem

Familiarity with TELUS networks and operations support systems

Ability to forge strong partnerships and influence throughout the organization

Recognized as an analytics expert, experienced in driving insights and making recommendations

Skilled at quickly deriving insights with large data sets

Great-to-haves

Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or Engineering and / or equivalent experience, Project Management certification

Familiarity with Tableau / SQL Server databases / Google Cloud Platform

Advanced experience and skills in project management methodologies, principles and practices

Background in technology and / or consulting
