Please note this is a 12-month contract positionAbout this Job : As a member of the Customer Interaction Centre team, this role will be responsible for the project management and execution of targeted digital campaigns through the use of Pardot (marketing automation platform).
This role is execution based and will have interaction with key stakeholders.What will you do : End to end project management for digital marketing communications from the briefing stage through deployment and measurementAlign and flow all assets required to deliver campaigns i.
e. copy, video, photos, translations and acquire approval from stakeholdersImplementation of activities related to the successful execution of email, SMS and Social Media campaignsWorks alongside stakeholders and a team of Pardot / Marketing Automation Subject Matter Expert (SME) to develop targeted marketing campaigns, lead scoring and profiling, through the use of Pardot.
Ensure marketing team understands complete tool functionality and promotes best practicesActs as Subject Matter Expert on Pardot applications for execution which includes : Development of campaign automation / ecosystems to deliver targeted campaignsSetup and ongoing maintenance of templates, landing pages, and distribution listsProvides reports that can be automatically delivered that show campaign effectiveness and ROIAssists in the testing of campaigns across different platforms and environmentsSetup of campaigns in Salesforce, including contact and lead managementWorks with Salesforce SMEs to document best practices and continually drive ongoing system improvements.
Be a member of the Social Media team and assist in the execution of campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, and InstagramCollaborate with CIC team members to support the execution of CIC tacticsLeads enhancement, testing, user management and support of the Retail WebsiteWho you are : Strong communicator with great interpersonal skillsAble to effectively interact and collaborate across functional groups to achieve desired resultsAble to manage multiple projects and deadlines through Project Management best practicesExcellent problem solver with the ability to resolve customer concerns professionally and effectivelyYou have : A Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Business or CommunicationsProficient understanding of CRM best practicesYou might also have : Over 2 years of experience executing in a marketing automation platform Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua etc.
