The Senior Workplace Change Strategist will provide learning & change management solutions that produce meaningful change, promote innovation and collaboration within the work environment to our clients.
Working closely with the client organizations, the Senior Workplace Change Strategist will lead the development and / or delivery of solutions that aim to align the work environment and work practices with organizational business goals at the site & project level.
The Senior Workplace Change Strategist should have experience working experience in the areas of change management, communications and facilitation.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify change management & interventions.
Consult with clients at various levels to conduct needs assessments, identify gaps and make recommendations for individuals and teams.
Conduct analysis of needs, plan and manage project change management stream
Facilitate workshops with executive, people manager and employee groups (classroom and virtual classroom) and participate in Train-the-Trainer activities
Design and deploy evaluations, monitor feedback and make recommendations for future changes to program implementation.
Supported by the workplace facilitator and workplace coordinator, on workplace training initiatives.
Diagnoses change-related barriers and resistance and implements solutions.
Collaborates with the Workplace advisory coordinator to perform program administration; communicate information to learners, generates reports, etc.
Collaborates with client account teams and project managers to deliver project excellence.
Ability to maintain and build client relationships and support the management of key client accounts (where appropriate) with a pipeline of work over time.
Networking- attends events, conference and reads industry-relevant publications and material to stay up to date with trends and challenges across sectors

EDUCATION, JOB-RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge & Skills
Bilingualism in English and French considered an asset
Knowledge of current change management methodologies.
Post-secondary education and / or professional certification (CTDP, Adult Education, Instructional Design, PROSCI, ACMP, etc.)
Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in change management
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,), Adobe, MS Project
Excellent facilitation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple small and medium to large projects
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Team-oriented and flexible with the ability to work under pressure
Licenses and / or Professional Accreditation
Working towards a CTDP designation or
Working towards PROSCI, ACMP or CCMP certification
