The Sales Manager is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing.

He / she is an excellent leader within the organization, able to build a cohesive sales team of Buyer Specialists and Showing Assistants who are united in their commitment to the team’s standards and to achieving the team’s goals.

They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality.

The Sales Manager leads the buyer side of the team by hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all Buyer Specialists and Showing Assistants.

In addition, he / she demonstrates on a daily basis the management ability, knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving buyer agent who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and to seeking win-win agreements.

The Sales Manager also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching courses when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues.

He / she is committed to investing in the people on the team and regularly provides them with learning and growth opportunities as well.

$60,000 - $100,000 plus bonus and commission

Responsibilities :

  • Develop a scalable sales process and ensure agents adhere to it correctly
  • Establish and promote a successful sales strategy so the team achieves their sales goals and revenues
  • Determine and assign sales quotas, targets, and / or goals. Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue
  • Be the helping hand in preparing budgets
  • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
  • Provide dynamic and creative leadership : recruit, mentor and inspire the sales team and staff
  • Develop and maintain the annual strategic sales and marketing plan and budgets for the Team
  • Prepare and present sales and traffic reports at staff meetings
  • Manage the Purchase and Sale Agreement process with all Sales Agents
  • Handle Team listings from lead to close (Licensed)
  • Develop, implement and monitor the client referral program in order to maximize referral sales
  • Manage the maintenance, training and use of the company’s CRM software and Technology
  • Conduct regular competitive market analysis to ensure that the company is well-positioned against competitors
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and key networks within the industry
  • Coordinate with staff to regularly obtain feedback from buyers and sellers prospects via surveys, focus groups, and social media and social events
  • Ensure that our brand and team partners are known and recognized for providing a stellar customer experience
  • Qualifications :
