We are looking for a Team lead, Accounts Payable / Billing Consultant (Team Lead, Vehicle Payment Consultant) to join Element Fleet Management.

A Day in the Life
Work and motivate the Capitalization, Billing, Auditing, and payments team (Capping team) responsible for Capping on-time, auditing, accurately paying dealer and vendor invoices in a timely manner.
Direct, administer, and control the day-to-day operational activities.
Provide leadership, support, and guidance to the Capping team.
A Capping SME and independently play the Team lead role while supporting implementation of key company initiatives
Ensure compliance with established teams to provide high quality service and outstanding client service.
Ensure Internal audit requests and requirements are met.
Handle escalations.
Become a Capping SME as independent role while supporting implementation of key company initiatives.
Participate in the development of area strategic plans, goals, and objectives ensuring Capping on-time and client satisfaction.
Process transactions as required.

Requirements
College or Associates degree in Business or Finance or High School Diploma with a minimum of 2-year related Finance or Operations experience
Financial and / or Operations experience is preferred
Fleet Management Company experience is preferred
Strong and clear communication style and the ability to breakdown complex problems into manageable size
Demonstrate comfort with decision-making and possess the ability to use data to make qualitative and quantitative judgments
Must be flexible, able to multi-task, and able to work in a fast-paced environments.
Must be able to work independently and have good prioritization skills
Experience with data analysis
Highly proficient in Microsoft applications
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be able to identify root causes to problems and develop solutions to eliminate recurrence
