Details and Requirements : TES are currently seeking Sr. Project Managers for openings in the GTA.

Qualified candidates for these roles will have a civil engineering background focusing on land development projects.

Responsibilities :

  • Managing all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk) for the delivery of engineering services on land development projects.
  • Interfacing with clients to define project requirements.
  • Developing scopes of work, resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, work plans / schedules, milestones, quality control and risk identification.
  • Input and maintenance of data (using MS Excel) throughout the project process from initiation to close out.
  • Creating RFPs and completing bid analyses.
  • Facilitating project meetings.
  • Negotiating changes in scope, timing, etc.
  • Determining impacts and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Managing project closeout activities related to commissioning, inspections, financial, construction completion, etc.
  • Qualifications :

  • Post secondary school education in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 10 years’ related Project Management experience on commercial, retail, and / or industrial Land Development projects.
  • P.Eng licensed (or eligible).
  • Must have demonstrated working experience project managing contractors, consultants and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in various stages of development at one time.
