Details and Requirements : TES are currently seeking Sr. Project Managers for openings in the GTA.
Qualified candidates for these roles will have a civil engineering background focusing on land development projects.
Managing all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk) for the delivery of engineering services on land development projects.
Interfacing with clients to define project requirements.
Developing scopes of work, resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, work plans / schedules, milestones, quality control and risk identification.
Input and maintenance of data (using MS Excel) throughout the project process from initiation to close out.
Creating RFPs and completing bid analyses.
Facilitating project meetings.
Negotiating changes in scope, timing, etc.
Determining impacts and making adjustments as necessary.
Managing project closeout activities related to commissioning, inspections, financial, construction completion, etc.
Post secondary school education in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 10 years’ related Project Management experience on commercial, retail, and / or industrial Land Development projects.
P.Eng licensed (or eligible).
Must have demonstrated working experience project managing contractors, consultants and clients.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in various stages of development at one time.
