The Marketing & Business Development Manager generates quality leads for the agency through digital advertising, social media, sponsorships, website, trade shows, article writing and other activities they develop.
With time and experience, the incumbent may also qualify and pitch certain types and sizes of accounts on their own. The marketing and business development manager sources RFPs, RFSOs and RFIs and manages proposal writing timeline, content and process.
