Our client is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic individual who is reliable and approachable to fill the position of an Office Services Coordinator.
This position is within the Filing Department of a very large and busy corporate organization. This is an immediate temporary to hire opportunity with room to grow within the organization. Responsibilities :
Reception and managing the Corporate switchboard on an as needed basis
Updating spreadsheets and databases
Data Entry - creating new vendor requests
Typing letters and reports
Preparing meeting rooms
Organizing materials for meetings
Travel arrangements and hotel accommodations
The Ideal Candidate :
2+ years experience with Office / Administration experience including Reception
Intermediate Microsoft Word skills with the ability to create correspondence
Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills with the ability to create spreadsheets and record and track data
A quick learner with exceptional multi-tasking abilities
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Working hours would be 8.30 am - 4.30 pm (8.00 am - 5.00 pm if covering reception), 2 coffee breaks and 1 hour for lunch.
Salary is $14 - $16 per hour depending on experience.
