Responsibilities :

50% of time is associated with business development including :

  • Reviews Requests for Proposals and identifies mandatory requirements
  • Gathers information for proposals
  • Coordinates proposals for input of technical content by others
  • Proofs and assembly of proposals for submission
  • Consolidates and coordinating sales materials for future proposals
  • 50% of time is associated with administrative support including :

  • Prepares and edits of Word, Excel and other documents
  • Prints, binds, and files etc
  • Qualifications :

  • Post secondary education in business administration, communications, or similar field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in business development and administrative roles
  • Preference to candidates with experience in a consulting engineering environment.
  • Advanced capabilities with MS Word, MS Excel and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator etc.) programs is an asset
