Reviews Requests for Proposals and identifies mandatory requirements
Gathers information for proposals
Coordinates proposals for input of technical content by others
Proofs and assembly of proposals for submission
Consolidates and coordinating sales materials for future proposals
50% of time is associated with administrative support including :
Prepares and edits of Word, Excel and other documents
Prints, binds, and files etc
Post secondary education in business administration, communications, or similar field
3 to 5 years of experience in business development and administrative roles
Preference to candidates with experience in a consulting engineering environment.
Advanced capabilities with MS Word, MS Excel and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator etc.) programs is an asset
