Provide assistance to the Project Team as required.
Complete First Calls for ground disturbance
Collect and compile safety documentation for submission to TransCanada
Assist the Project manager with preparation of safety and environmental incident documentation binders
Assist with schedule preparation and management in excel.
Assist with vehicle and equipment maintenance tracking and compliance
Provide assistance in records management, reporting, and other assistance for the Project Manager
Compile Invoicing, Purchase Orders, Specification Sheets, Change Orders, etc. as required to be sent to office.
Maintain organized file structure
Some report preparation required
Additional duties as required
Education and / or Experience : Grade 12 Diploma;
Language Skills : Ability to interface effectively in English, with all levels in the organization;
Able to : listen, learn and complete duties efficiently and effectively;
Must have : A high level of attention to detail.
Personal Attributes : Must be detail oriented, organized, reliable, and be able to promptly meet deadlines. Ability to work alone with minimal supervision.
Computer-Based : Must have strong PC skills with a high level of proficiency with MS Office applications
Must have : Valid Class 5 (Non-GDL) drivers’ license.
Reliable transportation required.
Physical Demands / Work Environment
Work Environment : In performing the duties for this job, the employee will be required to work in a field based environment.
Sedentary work at a computer will be required. Subsistence and lodging provided. Monday-Friday work week. Approx. 10 hour days.
