And looking to hire an outstanding Recruitment Specialist located in London, Ontario. This is a full time position, where you would be recruiting for a variety of positions in four business segments, which include : Medical Transportation, Conventional and Para Transit, School Busing and Charters, and Checker Limousine.

Our ideal candidate for this position is a highly motivated, goal-oriented and creative individual, who would be responsible for delivering effective recruiting strategies and tactics to source and manage a pipeline of candidates.

What to expect :

Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, the Recruitment Specialist will play a key role in the recruitment and selection of employees and compliance with the Company’s policies and legislation across all divisions.

You will be working closely with the Operations Managers to define recruitment needs as well as job requirements. You will then proactively source, assess and identify qualified possible candidates through our Applicant Tracking System, manage job postings, and headhunting.

You will interview and qualify candidates according to the position requirements, effectively manage candidate database and follow-

up in a timely manner. We are looking for someone who will be monitoring and applying HR recruitment best practices as well as have the technical ability to provide analytical and well documented reports for use by the team and management.

What you bring :

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with full-cycle recruitment (job posting, screening, interviewing, and job offer)
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Goal-oriented attitude
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments at the same time and ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Strong Microsoft Office Experience (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
  • Travel required throughout Southwestern and Central Ontario (up to 50% of the time)
