We are currently looking for a Senior UX / UI Designer to come and join our team that is shaking up the way things are done in our industry!
The UX / UI Designer is a senior level role within the Business Architecture group and responsible for defining all user experience and human factor designs which align to Product strategy and roadmap.
The individual is expected to collaborate with internal subject matter experts, and engineering teams to create solutions that will enhance our clients' ability to provide industry leading care and comply with regulations.
The designer had direct interaction with multiple department stakeholders.
Develop and oversee the UX / UI domain practice within the Business Architecture group?
Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry's latest trends and technologies?
Drive the overall UX and human factor strategies for the company in alignment with Product solution channels including Web, Mobile, and other future paradigms?
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences that are measured and tied to key Product KPIs?
Using high and low fidelity design tools, deliver the appropriate interface designs including prototypes, mockups, wireframes, user stories, user journeys, optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces supporting the CareLogic user persona and configurations?
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and forthcoming functions and features that maintain a consistent user interface across all product offerings?
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate the design solutions. Drive and participate in usability testing across the Business portfolio?
Collaborate with other team members and department stakeholders including Business Analysis, Product, UI Engineering, and Client Support.?
BA / BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science (CS), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience?
3 years of UX design work experience in a related field and industries?
Demonstrated experience with high fidelity UX software such as iRise, InVision, Axure, Sketch, Balsamiq, Framer to develop usable interfaces for Mobile first, and Web based products?
Demonstrated HTML knowledge, up to HTML5?
Strong clean visual design sense with the ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision?
Hands-on experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design solutions?
A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A / B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns?
Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.?
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients?
A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking?
Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications?
Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills?
Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval?
Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism?
