Reporting into marketing, the Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for qualifying and generating new leads for our portfolio of clients and managing those leads within specific campaign parameters.
Role & Responsibilities
The Inside Sales Representative entails tele-prospecting, following up with marketing qualified leads and booking discovery calls with for Sales Account Executives.
Detailed responsibilities include :
Identify buyer roles within target companies using best-practice methodologies to generate high-quality leads
Execute defined campaign strategy by leveraging tele-prospecting and email follow up
Engage in business intelligence gathering to ensure accurate data capture and delivery
Prospect, research and identify new business opportunities
Create an exceptional customer experience when introducing prospects to both client and internal services
Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest
Achieve monthly quotas of qualified lead conversion and discovery meetings
Keeps abreast of the products, competition and trends, pertaining to our markets
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Solid problem solving and consultative skills required
1-3 years professional sales experience
Telesales experience an asset
Previous experience with CRM tool, Salesforce.com a definite asset
Highly motivated and results oriented
Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimum supervision
Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Confidence, presence, and determination to succeed in a very dynamic and demanding business environment.
Strong sense of urgency and able to meet tight deadlines and revenue objectives.
