As a Program Coordinator you will be responsible for handling communication between the client and internal departments, analyzing customer data, reviewing and approving billing prior to client invoicing, and managing many aspects of the client relationship.

Responsibilities include :

  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas of growth
  • Handle production materials, process orders and contracts
  • Assist in meeting planning and preparation
  • Review and approve billing prior to client invoicing
  • Developing competitive tracking insights
  • Developing market list strategies that will enable clients to most effectively target their customers
  • Assist in invoice reconciliation
  • Work with the team to improve account management process
  • Generate and manage program timelines
  • Assist in training new account coordinators
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office : Word, Excel , PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
  • Advanced Excel skills required - working knowledge of v lookup and pivot tables
  • Ability to multi-task and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Strong project management skills
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with IRI a plus
