Requirements
Life insurance license
OTL Property & Casualty license (must be willing to obtain)
Experience in marketing and selling financial products
Knowledge of life insurance products
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Responsibilities
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Quote new business through outbound calls, marketing initiatives and receiving walk-in clients
Ability to make presentations to potential customers and communicate on the phone or in person.
Ability to hit sales quotas and targets.
Sales initiatives will be focused on permanent and term life insurance policies, disability insurance, critical illness insurance, and health and dental benefits
Keep clear and concise documentation and records

Starting salary of $45,000 per year with a generous commission package. First-year employees should reach if not exceed $20,000 in additional commission on top of base salary.
