Role Summary :

Our Toronto branch requires a positive, self-motivated and team-oriented Service Coordinator to support all aspects of the administration of our Service department.

Key Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage incoming calls and emails from internal & external customers
  • Issue and reconcile purchase orders
  • Schedule technician inspections, verifications, and service calls
  • Coordinate and close work orders with multiple stakeholders including subcontractors
  • Qualifications :

  • Post-Secondary education in Office Administration or a related discipline preferred
  • Computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Previous experience in an administrative / coordinating role will be considered an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong customer service and interpersonal skills
