Responsible for efficient management of all aspects of Third Party invoices, Crown and Freehold rentals, Road use invoices.
Managing the Canada Land Procure to Pay process, issue purchase requisitions and service entry sheets.
Responsible for timely and accurate Mineral and Surface rentals for both Crown and Freehold
Liaise with the lease analysts to ensure data accuracy with rental payment runs
Review and validate all third party road use incoming invoices
Manage the quarterly outgoing road use invoicing and all related queries
Respond to road use payables queries from internal (accounts payable) and external customers
Manage third party road use rates and communicate the changes to teams
Assist in the annual road use rate review
Keep current with all relevant regulatory change and identify impact on business
Manage the Canada Land procure to pay process by issuing purchase requisitions and service entry sheets
Ensure compliance with Repsol Procure to pay process guidelines
Manage costs to stay within contracted limits
Experience and Qualifications
3-5 years experience in Supply Chain Management or Financial Analyst role
3+ years experience in Land
Experience with SAP is required
Experience with QBLM is an asset
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent computer skills (MS Office Suite)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Must have a continuous improvement mindset to continually find ways of improving relationships, outputs and processes.
