The Digital Customer Engagement Manager will be responsible for the email and digital customer engagement execution.

You will help maximize sales, traffic and associated KPI’s for all email activities. Leveraging your experience, you will create a positive and engaging customer experience by delivering quality content to our customer.

You will be responsible for executing the different tactics part of our Digital Customer Engagement Strategy.

This role reports to the Director of Digital & Ecommerce Marketing.

  • Develop automated and scheduled campaigns standards and processes
  • Responsible for developing, deploying and optimizing email campaigns in support of corporate marketing initiatives and those of internal partners.
  • Responsible for executing the customer journey strategy through email and digital touchpoints (email & landing pages etc.)
  • Maintain and curate audience segments in accordance with our corporate strategy, identify and optimize segmented profiles and target lists
  • Collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including merchandising, operations, core marketing, IT, Data analysis and social media,
  • Continuously optimize the performance of campaigns with customer journey mapping, A / B testing, and measurement and analysis of key metrics,
  • Implement marketing automation strategies (welcome email series, category discovery series and others.),
  • Execute a subscriber acquisition and win-back strategies
  • Monitor and minimize unsubscribe / bounce / complaint rates and ensure spam regulation compliance
  • Responsible for email database growth, develop new programs and partnerships to profitably acquire new customers and grow the customer database,
  • Stay current with the latest Marketing Automation Best Practices
  • Ensure compliance with privacy, confidentiality, marketing permission and data security requirements
  • You will come with

  • 5+ years’ experience in email marketing digital marketing or a combination
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field
  • Background in analyzing data to effect customer behaviors
  • Background in deploying successful email marketing programs and email list growth
  • Experience leading a team
  • Experience in dotmailler / dotdigital, klaviyo, malichimp or similar platform a strong asset.
  • Strong French language skills an asset
