Today’s live events are run by software. Everything from planning and design up to technical operation is done through various software platforms.

As a global leader in professional audio products, the software is at the forefront of our business; it determines everything we do.

As a Software Development Manager, you will manage a team of software and firmware developers working on both application and embedded platforms.

Your responsibility is to adhere to the product roadmap and deliver solutions within budget and on time.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure delivery of application and embedded software by coordinating a multi-disciplinary team of Engineers.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap by effectively planning timelines and recommending product efficiencies.
  • Work closely with the Hardware, Mechanical and Executive teams.
  • Act as Scrum Master and / or Agile coach to ensure the team is operating effectively.
  • Hands-on involvement in development / design / architecture / code review
  • Develop code in Java,C / C++
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
  • 5+ years managing software / firmware teams
  • 5+ years Java / C++ software development experience on consumer electronic platforms
  • Experience with communication protocols : TCP / IP and Ethernet
  • Experience with embedded environments like Linux & RTOS
  • Knowledgeable in code and time management systems like Git, JIRA
  • Experience with Jenkins servers
  • You possess either Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status or work permit.
  • Excellent English communication skills both verbally and written are essential
