    You are good natured and have a welcoming vibe. You're outgoing and genuinely like helping people. Customer service is not just your skill, it's your mindset.

    You will go out of your way to provide an excellent member experience. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, not a must.

    You can like 50lbs. and walk 10,000 steps per day. You're passionate about the outdoors. If you have product knowledge in camping, cycling, packs or any outdoor activity, that's a great asset! You have fully open availability to work on Saturdays & Sundays as well as some availability during the week.

    Bonus points if you are also available to work a variety of shifts between Monday and Friday 6am to 9pm. Are you a ski, and cycling enthusiast?

    Do you have mechanical aptitude and enjoy working on your own, your family, and your friend's gear? Can you can name all the parts of a regular ski and bicycle, and you have familiarity with the tools of the trade?

    Are you are eager to learn about all makes of bike assembly and ski mounting and waxing to start with the goal of becoming a trained and certified ski and bicycle technician?

    HOW You connect with members by sharing your passion for an active lifestyle. You ask open-ended questions to build loyalty with members, while demonstrating product knowledge and understanding their needs.

    The WHAT

    You help members get great gear, with the industry-leading advice they need to feel inspired about their activity. You take pride in the visual presentation of our business.

    You work behind the scenes and on the frontline to organize inventory and get members the products they need. You talk to members about our products.

    You have in-depth knowledge and love sharing personal recommendations. You have an affinity for helping people of all skill levels find the right product.
