Job details : Role : CRM Developer Location : Edmonton ABContractTechnical Analyst I,1-3 years' experienceFujitsu is looking for experienced CRM Developers to join an application maintenance services team.Description :

  • The following responsibilities and capabilities are required of the candidates :
  • Experience on a team providing application maintenance services (AMS).
  • Must be capable of big picture thinking to analyze beyond the immediate issue and identify all impacts and risks
  • Interacting with client s and team members to understand technical requirements
  • Experience with a formal methodology following standard processes and procedures.
  • Design, develop, test and implement application defect fixes and enhancements
  • Appropriately manage client expectations on Incident Tickets and Service Requests
  • Understand and apply standard Incident Tickets, Service Request and Change Management processes
  • Analyze problems and understand the impact of a problem on the application and on the client
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Configuration, Customization, and plug-in development
  • Managing and maintaining code development, documentation and execution in various environments (DEV, UAT)
  • Perform unit testing and regression testing on existing or new code
  • Provide accurate estimates for Service Requests
  • Contribute to best practices and standards, as they pertain to development
  • Participates in evaluating, documenting, implementing or applying system updates / patches
  • Works in collaboration with Ministry / Province staff for deployments and to implement fixes / patches / upgrades
  • Maintain and create system documentation for each supported application

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Configuration and Customization.
  • Min 2 yrs Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 plug-in development
  • Min 2yrs Hands-on experience with Microsoft .Net (C#.Net)
  • Min 2 yrs Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and writing SQL
  • Min 2 yrs Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services
  • Min 1 yr Experience with using source control, work management, and defect management software such as Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)
  • Min 2 yrs Experience in understanding user requirements and understanding / updating Use Case Specifications
  • Min 1 yrs Experience producing application related documentation with the use of tools such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
