The Small Business Solutions (SBS) Channel Enablement team is a small, diverse team focused on improving the sales experience for our independent channels to drive positive outcomes for our customers and improve the bottom line for TELUS.

Our team is responsible for assessing which products to bring to market in the channels we support, prioritizing systems development and managing the capital portfolio in support of those products, and measuring the performance of the field to identify challenges and convert them into opportunities.

As a methodical person with strong project management skills, you will determine the launch plan for new products in the channels we enable as well as support existing products.

At TELUS we are in a transformational period with the products we are launching which creates an exciting opportunity for you to create new strategies of how we bring these products to market.

It also provides a unique opportunity to work closely with senior members of the team to influence investments we are making in the sales rep user experience at TELUS.

Here's how

  • Turning field feedback into actionable items that drive product / process enhancements
  • Coaching best practices in terms of sales planning, client interaction skills, solution selling, products and service differentiation as it relates to achieving TELUS goals
  • Managing program budgets, work plans, documentation, execution and analysis
  • Analyzing, presenting and explaining the implications of competitive developments and market research to ensure the success of the product
  • Qualifications

    You're the missing piece of the puzzle

  • 5+ years of sales / channel experience in Telecommunications industry (ideally traditional Wireline, VoIP, Cloud products), with a passion for technology and making a difference for our customers
  • Continuous improvement mentality- challenging the status quo
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in situations without formal influence
  • Project Management experience
  • Great-to-haves

  • A valid PMP designation is an asset
  • French language proficiency is a definite asset
  • University degree or equivalent industry experience
  • MBA is an asset
