We are currently seeking a new Revenue Operations Manager to join our Lawyaw Marketing Team. This role is also available to candidates across Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States (some exceptions may apply).

What your team does :

Acquired by Clio in 2021, Lawyaw is a SaaS platform focused on enabling the digitization of legal services. Our platform solves a foundational gap in the market by making it easy to incorporate programmable documents into digital workflows.

Lawyaw currently powers over 1,000 law firms and are growing quickly, but we have so much more to build!

This person will work on our Revenue Operations team to partner with and support our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

This role will manage an ideal customer journey from cold lead to sales handoff and closed-won to customer success facilitated by communication campaigns and automation enabled by our stack.

You will work with internal stakeholders to manage marketing programs, manage scoring models, facilitate inside sales processes, streamline customer onboarding, and more.

What you’ll work on :

  • Partner with and support our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Manage an ideal customer journey from cold lead to sales handoff and closed-won to customer success facilitated by communication campaigns and automation enabled by our stack.
  • Ensure there is alignment across prospect- and customer-facing departments within Lawyaw (ie Marketing, Technology, Sales, Customer Success, and more) to ensure the systems used by these departments are effective and efficient.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to manage marketing programs, manage scoring models, facilitate inside sales processes, streamline customer onboarding, and more.
  • What you may have :

  • Strong proficiency in modern sales and marketing automation platforms (ie Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Segment, Churn Zero, others).
  • Experience with B2B sales and marketing strategies, tactics, and technology used to guide prospects and customers through the funnel.
  • Interested in learning and managing new B2B sales and marketing technologies
  • Can plan and execute day-to-day technical tasks.
  • Organization and project management skills.
  • High attention to detail, and able to manage multiple priorities and tasks at once.
  • Can develop contingency plans or workarounds when obstacles arise, or can pivot quickly when needs change.
  • Thrives on small, collaborative teams.
