Job Description Summary
This position’s primary responsibility is to work together with the Sales Operation and Enablement team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Salesforce.

They will also participate in cross-departmental projects to enhance our processes surrounding Salesforce.com and its use.

Document all communications and interactions with end users using the Helpdesk system. Support sales reps and managers by building relevant SFDC reports and dashboards.
Provide support to the Sales Learning and Development, Program Manager on the LSM system in SFDC. Develop and support the Power User program.
Create a training module in the LSM system for Power users Develop and support the Power User Plus program. Develop a strategy for Service Cloud at STEMCELL Technology Participate in the implementation of cross-
departmental project teams to better leverage SFDC to support internal processes. Communicate all changes in SFDC and its application to the global offices.
Work closely with Marketing to optimize the Top of the Funnel. Qualifications Minimum 2 years technology application administrator or Salesforce administrator experience.
Candidate must be in Vancouver. Superior organizational and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience.
Ability to utilize computer applications and programs that perform analysis, organize data and create reports from various sources.
