KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Analytics : Produce and analyze reports to assist with labor planning and management. Utilize HRIS systems for data entry, modification, and reporting.

Compensation and Payroll : Partner with multiple site managers to ensure payroll accuracy through audits, reporting, and proactive measures.

Roster Management : Partner with site teams to ensure roster accuracy through audits, reporting, and modifications.

Time and Attendance : Partner with site teams to ensure employees are on the correct schedule and shift patterns. Compile reports to support sites in identifying time and attendance irregularities, and point out when something doesn’t look right ensuring our associates are paid correctly and on time.

Associate Engagement : Work with Associates to answer HR questions and provide guidance where required. Partner with sites to drive and report on associate retention activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :

  • A completed Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Flexibility to work overtime both in peak season and as needed
  • Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
  • PERFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Previous experience with Payroll Systems, HRIS
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, Access
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits and employee issues
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills; accuracy is essential

  • Front Half : Sun-Weds, 10 hours shifts starting at either 10AM or 12PM
  • Back Half : Thurs-Sat, 10 hours shifts starting at either 10AM or 12PM

  • Professional work experience with Excel (vlookups)
  • Flexibility to work overtime both in peak season and as needed

  • Previous experience with Payroll Systems, HRIS (at least 1-2 years)
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, Access
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits and employee issues
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines (1+ Year)
  • Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills; accuracy is essential

    Best : This individual will have 2-3 years of experience supporting the HR department as an HR assistant or admin. They are experienced with HRIS and pulling daily reports with high attention to detail.
