2 Positions to Fill. Our valued public sector client is looking for a Senior Management Consultant to promote organization-wide readiness and integration of new digital accessibility standards

Tasks include :

  • Interface with business clients across the department to assess and promote best practices in digital accessibility
  • Act as the team's main point of contact with the department's Accessibility Office
  • Work directly with the department's CIO to organize / facilitate conferences and events, ensuring that accessibility standards are at the forefront
  • Conduct outreach across the entire organization to articulate accessibility standards and integrate these requirements into existing and new digital operations
  • Working with with external partners, employees, Directors General, etc, determine whether / where organizational transformations are required and how changes can be carried out
  • Place an equal degree of importance on the following responsibilities : Conduct research & analysis to produce informed and strategic guidance on best practices and standards according to accessibility guidelines Take concrete action by facilitating events, delivering outreach, and conducting change management activities
