What you do :
As a key member of the Content Marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and designing content across multiple platforms (digital and non-digital) and assisting with Boston Pizza’s social media channels.
In this role you will be expected to :
Ideate, design and produce various marketing assets (Print, Digital, Email, Images, Video, etc.);
Develop best in Marketing design assets for owned and paid channels;
Collaborate with Advertising Agency (John St.) when applicable to optimize design look and feel;
Own the brand visual guideline to ensure all design assets are consistent, fresh and best in Marketing;
Assist in formulating strategy around growth of owned channels, realizing efficiencies where possible;
Identify and pursue opportunities to build followers, fans and ultimately new customers;
Imagine and create engaging food and lifestyle content (images, GIFs, video);
Develop a monthly content calendar for all owned Social channels : Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages;
Work with the Marketing Team to support the design of product launches and promotions;
Ensure cross-functional collaboration with the Digital Marketing team to ensure all digital asset requirements are accounted for;
Actively monitor social media trends, best practices and opportunities to expand into new platforms;
Identify and engage with influencers and bloggers (contracts, PR kits, etc).
Who you are :
You have a post-secondary degree or diploma, ideally in design, marketing, journalism or communications;
You have 1-3 years of marketing, content creation or other relevant experience;
You have a creative aptitude for design, copywriting, video and GIF development;
You are proficient in and talented using Adobe Creative Cloud (Indesign, Photoshop, etc.)
You have demonstrated experience with social content development and community engagement;
You have a passion for social media, both professionally and personally
You have proficient knowledge of the social media industry, platforms, trends, tracking and listening tools;
You have an endless curiosity as to what motivates and inspires consumers;
You have excellent writing skills including grammar, punctuation and creativity;
You are a collaborative team player with strong communication skills;
You are passionate about the brand and have a keen interest in the food hospitality industry.
