Assists with and / or leads operational training initiatives for the Brand including but not limited to : New Store Openings, renovation training, location operational support.

Provides expertise in operational training programs, delivery methods and Team Member development.

What will you do in this job? :

  • Training Culture
  • Assists the Training Manager with the creation and execution of the Brand’s operational training programs.
  • Provide expertise and support with team member training initiatives
  • Responsible for supporting the rollout and adherence to Brand / Recipe policies and operating procedures
  • Project Management
  • Works with the Training Manager to manage the New Store Opening / Resale process; timelines, inter-department & franchisee accountabilities
  • Develops, oversees and supports Franchisee / Manager training schedules for New Store Openings / Resales
  • Leads New Store Opening / Resale / Renovation initiatives : develop / update New Store Opening materials and be a resource for implementing and training
  • What are we looking for from you? :

  • Post secondary degree; concentration in adult learning / HR or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Restaurant, hospitality or retail industry experience; front-line or operational capacity preferred
  • Demonstrated ability in project management
  • Strong communication skills, presentation or facilitations skills preferred
  • Proficiency with computer business software applications (i.e. Google Suite, Microsoft Office)
  • Work is performed in a combination of environments; typical office and in-restaurant
  • Occasional unexpected work demands, changes to deadlines on short notice and tight time pressures
  • Travel can be extensive (2-4 weeks) while leading a New Store Opening
