The Role :

  • Scan all mail that comes in and label it
  • Deliver all mail to all departments
  • Open / organize / sort mail
  • Collating / printing / binding
  • Organize courier requests
  • Reception, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, accurately record messages
  • Travel arrangements as required, schedule appointments, book catering for meetings
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
  • The Ideal Candidate :

  • 2+ years of experience within as an Office Assistant including Reception
  • Self-starter; work independently, or in a team environment
  • Must be able to multitask and deal with changing priorities
  • Working hours would be 8.30am - 4.30pm.Salary is $14 - $16 per hour to start depending on experience.
