Function of this position is to lead and manage the vision, development and administration of education in accordance with the corporate marketing and sales plans, including but not to be limited to technical support, training / presentation material, literature, and educational trainings.
This role is responsible for the quality of education and the educator representing Joico.

Responsibilities and duties :
Coordinate all education training materials and team development programs for levels of distribution including Distributors, Salons, and Stylists.
Responsible for keeping educational projects with corporate vision, driving brand consistency and ensuring that employees and Freelance Educators at all levels speak the same language when talking about the brand, products or educational programs.
Assist Sales Department in certifying, mentoring and managing freelance educator relationships.
Deliver and conduct internal / external creative collection and product training programs
Cosmetology license a required, college degree a plus.
5+ years’ experience in Education within the beauty or personal care industry; hair care category a plus
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
Self-starter and must be comfortable working within an entrepreneurial environment and cross functionally with a small team
Extremely organized with the ability to handle multiple projects while staying on details
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
