Job Summary :
Assist with training of staff so as to optimize sales and profit margins. Become familiar with a variety of management functions, notably inventory, buying, customer service, personnel and merchandising.

Strong sales ability

Strong sense of initiative and ability to make decisions
Technical knowledge of hardgoods
Ability to coach and built the best sales team for the store
Main Responsibilities are :
Ensure top quality customer service at all times
Supervise sales activities
Establish priorities and lists of daily tasks for employees
Monitor the level of inventory so as to ensure that sufficient supplies are on hand for immediate and short-term needs
Organize training seminars (in area of expertise) for personnel and prepare presentations of seminars that involve outside contributors
2 to 3 years experience in retail sales environment
Experience in similar positions
Excellent problem-solving skills
